Account & Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time, free of charge. This page explains how, and what happens next.
Option 1: Delete inside the app
If the app has accounts, open it and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm the request, and your account will be scheduled for deletion straight away.
Option 2: Request by email
If you no longer have the app installed, or it does not have an in-app option, email us:

Subject: Data deletion request
Include: the app name, and the email address or username linked to your account. Please do not send passwords.
We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address on the account, to make sure nobody else is deleting your data.
What we delete
- Your account profile (name, email, username, profile photo)
- Content you created or uploaded in the app
- Your preferences and settings
- Push notification tokens and linked sign-in identifiers
- Analytics data linked to your account, where it can be identified
What we may keep, and for how long
- Transaction records: we may need to keep basic purchase records for tax and accounting law, typically up to 7 years.
- Security and fraud records: limited logs needed to prevent abuse, for up to 90 days.
- Backups: deleted data is removed from encrypted backups as they rotate, within 30 days.
- Aggregated data: anonymous statistics that can no longer identify you.
Timeline
We confirm your request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. Once complete, deletion cannot be undone.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel it first in your store account settings to avoid further charges.
Deleting only some data
If you want to delete specific data without closing your account, email [email protected] and tell us what you would like removed.
