Terms of Service

Effective date: 31 October 2026 · Last updated: 31 October 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and INZEE LTD ("INZEE", "we", "us" or "our"). They govern your use of our websites, mobile apps, web apps and related services (the "Services").

By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Some apps or features may have additional terms, which form part of these Terms when you use them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if higher, to use the Services. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to give accurate information, keep your login details secure, and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time; see Account & Data Deletion.

4. Licence to use our apps

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install and use our apps on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You may not:

  • copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the Services;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Services, except where applicable law expressly permits this despite this restriction;
  • rent, lease, sell, sublicense or distribute the Services;
  • remove or alter any proprietary notices; or
  • bypass or interfere with security features, usage limits or payment mechanisms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights;
  • upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful or invasive of privacy;
  • exploit or harm children in any way;
  • distribute malware, spam or unsolicited messages;
  • access the Services through automated means (bots, scrapers) without our permission;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other accounts or our systems;
  • interfere with or overload the Services or their infrastructure; or
  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe breach these Terms.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, display and transmit Your Content only as needed to operate and improve the Services for you. This licence ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for backups kept for a limited time and content you have shared with others.

You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights needed to share it. We do not claim ownership of it and we do not use it to advertise without your permission.

7. Purchases & subscriptions

  • Pricing. Prices are shown in the app or store before you buy and may include applicable taxes. We may change prices, but changes will not affect a period you have already paid for.
  • Billing. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms.
  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Cancelling. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Free trials. If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel before then. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
  • Virtual items. In-app currency, credits or items have no cash value, are not transferable, and are licensed, not sold, to you.

8. Refunds

Refunds for purchases made through an app store are handled by that store under its policies. You can request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or from Google Play in your order history. For purchases made directly from us, contact [email protected].

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a 14-day right to cancel purchases of digital content. By asking for immediate access to digital content, you agree that it is supplied straight away and acknowledge that you lose this right of cancellation once supply begins. This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty.

9. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons and the INZEE name, are owned by INZEE LTD or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the licence above, these Terms grant you no rights in them.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with details of the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information and a statement that you are authorised to act.

10. Third-party services

The Services may include or link to third-party services, content or ads. We do not control and are not responsible for them, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

11. App store terms

If you download an app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and INZEE, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the app or its content; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; Apple is not responsible for any product claims, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo and are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

If you download an app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

12. Availability & changes

We work to keep the Services available and reliable but do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature you have bought, we will give reasonable notice and, where appropriate, a pro-rata refund.

13. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Information provided through the Services is for general purposes only and is not professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

14. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; and
  • our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) £100.

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We supply the Services for domestic and private use only.

15. Indemnity

If you use the Services for business purposes, you agree to indemnify INZEE against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

16. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will survive.

17. Client development work

Where INZEE builds software for a business client, the project is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails for that project.

18. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and if you live elsewhere in the UK or EU you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it informally.

19. General

  • Changes. We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give notice in advance. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any app-specific terms, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
  • Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor in a way that does not reduce your rights.
  • Third parties. Except as stated in Section 11, no third party has rights under these Terms.
