1. Who we are
INZEE LTD ("INZEE", "we", "us" or "our") is a private limited company that develops and publishes mobile applications and web applications. For the personal data described in this policy, INZEE LTD is the data controller.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, email us at [email protected].
2. Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- our websites, including iznee.shop and any website that links to this policy;
- mobile apps we publish on the Apple App Store, Google Play and other app stores under the INZEE LTD developer account;
- web apps and online services we operate; and
- communications with us, including email and support requests.
Together these are our "Services". An individual app may have an additional, app-specific privacy notice that gives more detail. Where it does, that notice applies together with this policy, and it takes priority if the two differ.
3. Information we collect
We aim to collect as little personal data as possible. What we collect depends on which Services you use and the features you choose to use.
3.1 Information you give us
- Account information: if an app offers accounts, your name or username, email address, password (stored in hashed form) and profile details you choose to add.
- Content: text, images, files or other content you create, upload or store within an app.
- Communications: messages you send us by email or through in-app support, including any attachments and your contact details.
- Feedback and surveys: responses you choose to give.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and app information: device model, operating system and version, app version, language, time zone and similar technical data.
- Identifiers: app-instance IDs, installation IDs, and, where permitted and only with any required consent, advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID).
- Usage data: features used, screens viewed, session length, and interactions, collected in aggregated or pseudonymous form.
- Diagnostics: crash reports, error logs and performance data that help us find and fix problems.
- Log data: when you visit our websites, our hosting provider records standard server log data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps.
- Approximate location: derived from your IP address (for example, country or region) for security, fraud prevention and localisation.
3.3 Information from third parties
- Sign-in providers: if you sign in with Apple, Google or another provider, we receive the information you authorise, typically your name, email address and a unique identifier.
- App stores and payment platforms: confirmation of purchases, subscription status and transaction identifiers. We do not receive your full card details.
- Analytics and advertising partners: aggregated reports about app performance and campaign effectiveness.
3.4 Information we do not collect
We do not knowingly collect special category data (such as health, biometric, religious or political information) unless an app clearly asks for it for a specific feature and you choose to provide it. We do not sell personal data.
4. How we use information
We use personal data to:
- provide, operate and maintain the Services and their features;
- create and manage your account and authenticate you;
- process purchases and subscriptions and unlock paid features;
- respond to your questions, support requests and feedback;
- send service messages such as security alerts, updates and changes to our terms;
- send marketing or push notifications, only where you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time;
- understand how the Services are used so we can improve them, fix bugs and develop new features;
- show advertising in free, ad-supported apps (see Advertising);
- detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents and violations of our Terms of Service; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.
5. Legal bases for processing
If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR:
| Basis | When we use it |
|---|---|
| Contract | To provide the Services you request, manage your account and process purchases. |
| Legitimate interests | To secure and improve the Services, prevent fraud, understand usage in aggregated form, and communicate with you about the Services. We balance these interests against your rights. |
| Consent | For personalised advertising, optional analytics and tracking where consent is required, marketing messages and push notifications. You may withdraw consent at any time. |
| Legal obligation | To keep records required by law, respond to lawful requests, and meet tax and accounting rules. |
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, such as hosting, cloud storage, analytics, crash reporting, email and customer support providers. They may only use the data to provide services to us.
- App stores and payment platforms such as Apple and Google, to process purchases and subscriptions.
- Advertising partners in ad-supported apps, as described below.
- Legal and safety: where we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation or legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of INZEE, our users or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, in which case personal data may be transferred subject to this policy.
- With your consent or at your direction, for example when you choose to share content.
7. Third-party services
Depending on the app, we may use some of the following providers. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Google Firebase (Hosting, Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Messaging) | Hosting, sign-in, data storage and push notifications |
| Google Analytics for Firebase | Aggregated usage analytics |
| Firebase Crashlytics | Crash and stability reporting |
| Google AdMob and partner ad networks | Advertising in free apps |
| Apple App Store / Google Play Billing | Purchases and subscriptions |
| Sign in with Apple / Google Sign-In | Account authentication |

8. Advertising
Some free apps display ads. Ad partners may collect device identifiers and usage data to show ads, limit repetition and measure performance.
- On iOS, we request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised using your advertising identifier.
- On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your device settings.
- In the UK, EEA and Switzerland, we show a consent message before personalised ads are served, and you can change your choice in the app's settings where available.
Where available, a paid or ad-free option removes ads entirely.
9. Purchases & subscriptions
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple, Google or another platform. They handle your payment details under their own privacy terms. We receive only what is needed to confirm and manage your purchase, such as a transaction ID, product, date and subscription status.
10. Device permissions
Apps may ask for access to features such as the camera, photos, microphone, location, contacts or notifications. We ask only when a feature needs it, and explain why. You can grant or revoke permissions at any time in your device settings. Declining a permission only affects the feature that relies on it.
11. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy:
- Account data and content: while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise it within 30 days, except where we must keep it longer by law.
- Support emails: up to 24 months after the conversation ends.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months in identifiable form, after which it is aggregated or deleted.
- Crash reports: up to 90 days.
- Transaction records: as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically up to 7 years).
To delete your data, see Account & Data Deletion.
12. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest offered by our cloud providers, access controls, and the principle of least privilege. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where required by law.
13. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries outside the UK or EEA, including the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or the UK-US Data Bridge and EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.
14. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- delete your data ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests and direct marketing;
- data portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing; and
- complain to a supervisory authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). In the EEA, you can contact your local data protection authority.
To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month, and may need to verify your identity first. We do not charge a fee unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.
15. US state privacy rights
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas or another US state with a consumer privacy law, you may have rights to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, and to opt out of "sale", "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising, and profiling.
- We do not sell personal information for money.
- Some ad-supported apps may "share" identifiers with advertising partners for personalised ads. You can opt out through the in-app privacy settings, your device's ad settings, or by emailing us. We honour Global Privacy Control signals on our websites where required.
- We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
- You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf, and we may ask for proof of authorisation.
16. Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the UK and EEA where local law requires parental consent) unless an app clearly states it is designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate parental consent. Any app designed for children will follow applicable rules such as COPPA, the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, and Apple and Google family policies, and will not show personalised ads.
If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
17. Apps we build for clients
When we develop an app for a client and the client publishes it under its own name, the client is normally the data controller and its own privacy policy applies. In that case we act as a processor on the client's instructions. Please contact the app's publisher directly about your data.
18. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, give notice through the app, our website or email before the change takes effect.
